With more than 25 years of educational and administrative experience, Crespo is widely regarded by her peers in education leadership. Margaret has been a superintendent, teacher, counselor, assistant principal, and principal at the secondary level.

For almost 25 years, I have developed my skills as both an educator and administrator and served students in several capacities including: elementary school teacher; middle school assistant principal; elementary school principal; Director of Talent Development; Associate Superintendent for Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction; Network Superintendent and, most recently, as Interim Deputy Superintendent.

Dr. Peter Gorman, President of Peter Gorman Leadership Associates LLC, has been
recognized nationally as an education leader and for developing outstanding leadership
teams. He has more than three decades of experience in education and also has
worked as a senior executive in a Fortune 500 company.
